Does the Ruterian Ambassador wish to put forth a date for the Ruterian visit or would he prefer to let the Dantanaean Government pick a suitable date?

All scheduled meetings will take place in Meralla, capital city of the Confederation.

Note that you can also schedule meetings with the governments of the different regions that together form the Confederation: Meraland, Derraland, Quluq, Endean Peninsula, Tellaland and Wamorra.

In Fact, its not an ambassador who is willing to visit the Dantanean Government is HMR Queen Monica her-self who wishes to visit the Dantanaean Government, she wishes to put a suitable date for both of the countries so the Dantanaean Goverment can pick a date.

The Federal Government is very happy about the sudden interest in visiting the country. Given large amount of heads-of-state and heads-of-government that will be visiting on such a short time the Federal Government is a bit overwhelmed as well.

If the 1st of October fits for the Queen of Ruteria then she can visit together with Charles I of Grand.

We welcome the Tsar when the war is over, no doubt won by Utrova. Please post again then with a date or leave a note to tell us we can set a date ourselves.

The Queen thinks a sooner date would be better, because the 1st of October is a important day in Ruteria, She would be very pleaased if the date was changed.
