Flags and Crests in the Dantanaean Confederation

The official flag of the Dantanaean Confederation. The flag represent the different climates and views of and on Dantanaea. Yellow for the desert, red for the five volcanoes (3 on the Endean Peninsula, 2 in Quluq), green the various forests and national parks and blue represents the rivers and foremost the Solvanese Ocean surrounding Dantanaea.




The official crest of the Dantanaean Confederation. The colors, sign and animal all represent the spirit of Dantanaea and it's people: determined and righteous.





The official flag of the State of Meraland. The crown represents the former kingdom of Meraland and it's hegemony in medieval times over it's neighbors Tellaland and Derraland.





The official flag of the State of Derraland. The double-headed eagle represents the combined strenght of the Derra and Orra kingdoms. The eagle used to be golden (yellow) but after the Five Nation's War (1678-1698) the Merans made them change it to silver (white) to represent the dominnance of Meraland.





The official flag of the State of Wamorra. The flame represents the flame of civilization, oil and industry, the last two have brought Wamorra it's wealth.





The official flag of the State of Tellaland. The seagull and the blue in the flag represent the Solvanese Ocean, Coral Bay and the river Tella.





The official flag of the State of Quluq. The two red triangles represent the two volcanoes, the middle, black triangle represents the city of Quluq.





The official flag of the State of the Endean Peninsula. The torch represent the struggle needed to civilize the region as well as the three volcanoes in the Endean mountain range.





The official flag for the Northern Territories. Blue represents the Solvanese Ocean, green represents the dense forests still prominent in the north of Dantanaea and yellow represents the savannah and the bordering deserts of the Midland Territories.





The official flag for the Midland Territories. Why make it difficult when it is so obvious what it should be! Sand, sand and more sand over there so they made a sandy yellow flag for the territory.
