In other words, it's a neutron bomb, or possibly a cobalt bomb. Either way, the area at the epicenter of the explosion still gets destroyed.

The Imperial Federal Government worries about what this new development could mean, due to the island of Grand being located on Neridea - and thus, quite possibly subject to fallout from any such weapon.

Chris, the weapon is top secret.  Also, the loyalist front is probably going to have better things to do than terrorize people for now at least.  Unless...they purposely bring the disease to Euphemia. :S

I find it humorous that everyone is coming up with new bombs.

All regional travel has already been ceased in Ikiana. Freeways usually clogged with traffic are barren.
