Since the previous attempt appears to have failed, I have come up with a great new scenario for the second GAW.
Malinovan tank in Kalinogorod, headed for battle on the southern front.
Beginning of the Second Great Adonian War?
22 September, 2015, Leviv, The Malinovan Federation - In June of 2014, the neo-fascist military leadership of Tatra overthrow the government. After the overthrow, the military of Tatra rapidly increased, to the point of almost rivaling the Malinovan Federation's active military. In September of 2015, the Tatran military invaded southern Malinova, claiming the Malinovan government was persecuting and killing off ethnic Tatrans in southern Malinova. The Malinovan Federation immediately starts mobilizing their troops and, since the situation appears to the outside as if the Malinovan Federation started this war, the powers of Adonia start to take sides.
On September 21, 2015, Malinovan and Tatran troops engaged 50 kilometers from Leviv. While Malinovan forces lost many soldiers, Tatran forces lost fewer, and so the future of the war is unknown. Since the Tatran economy is worse than the Malinovan Federation's, the war may lead to a Malinovan victory. However, there are signs of foreign support by other nations on the Tatran side, which may cause a bloody conflict. If other nations' militaries become involved in this war, this may be the start of a Second Great Adonian War.
The rules are the same as the last attempt:
Let's make this role play fun but realistic. I don't know what sides you guys will take, assuming you will participate, but it'll be very interesting if you decide to take different sides. Hopefully everyone will participate, as I've finally come up with a great scenario for a GAW II.
Everything else mentioned in the last attempt by Mike apply here as well, except for the scenario itself.
Let's have fun, guys, we need some more activity on the website, anyway.

RULES:
- NO weapons of mass destruction. Nuclear weapons do unfortunately exist but will NOT be used at all. In the event that a roleplaying nation thinks one may be used during roleplay, it has to be put to a majority vote amongst all participants and it HAS to be a tactical warhead of the smallest yield. If the vote is in favor, the target must NOT be civilian.
- NO Biological or Chemical weapons, period. No exceptions.
- NO Godmodding. This is obvious but unfortunately was still rampant in the GAWII RP.
- NO seemingly unrealistic gains/claims/advances. Armies are indeed very mobile in this day and age however an entire country cannot fall overnight. An all out conventional war is a dragged out, meter by meter war.
- NO Godmodding your armies. This falls under the above Godmodding rule, but it's still important. Armies in the hundreds of thousands cannot just appear out of nowhere. Think about your assets and deployments realistically.
- DO NOT make your armies "invincible". Just because you think your military is well equipped and or well trained does not mean you win every single battle. React to each battle realistically and consider the odds no matter the state of your armies. Even the more powerful force can still be defeated.
- DO NOT Godmod your Special Forces, however use of Special Forces is allowed. Keep in mind using Special Forces still runs the risk of failure. However using them successfully can gain big rewards over your opponent(s). The success or failure of a Special Operation will be determined by a Dice Roll.
- NO quick victories. Battles can take place over the span of days depending on the size of the forces and if reinforcements are available.
- Treat your armies like valuable items. Don't just throw away troops to gain a few miles of land. Think about operations carefully and decide your moves based on how costly they will be.
- NO instant deployments. It takes time and a safe route to move armies from their home bases to a battlefield. This was also rampant in the GAWII RP. Take into account distance, restricted airspaces ect.
- (more to be possibly added in discussion)
