Will Morsco Appeal Again?

Will Kenny actually be active enough to get involved if Morsco does?

Loftindor would be glad to carry out the sentence, we're active, and we remained pretty neutral aside from a few companies, only if you'd like?

@Fox: If Morsco does appeal again (I think it won't though - they were the ones who requested that Paradise be the site of the prison in the first place), it would most likely not require Kenny's involvement (and I could always discuss any details that need him over Skype, like I did with the prison's name and location).
