Seven Counts of First Degree Murder (7 Life Sentences)
1 Count of Assassination of a Government Official (Life In Prison)
3 Counts of Attempted Assassination of a Government Official
Illegal possession of firearms
Illegal possession of a banned substance

The code on the gun, is listed back to a North Freeport gun store sold in 2008. However the gun is not listed to Backé Freises. It is listed to 41 year old man from Glauchau, Rick Almanos. No relation to Backé
