The Imperial Kingdom of Posillipo vs. The Utrovan Empire

The Imperial Kingdom of Posillipo and their delegates would like to pursue the High Court of USNW to somehow punish the Utrovan Empire for the following:

Charter Violations

• Preamble: "We, as members of the United Sovereign Nations of the World, shall not discriminate against anyone based on gender, race, sexuality, nationality, religion, political views, ethnic origin, or social class, and realize that human dignity it to be protected."
  The Delegates from Posillipo have recently realized the government of Utrova regularly violates the USNW Charter by prosecuting and then deporting homosexuals.
  

The Imperial Kingdom of Posillipo would simply like to ask the Court to lay down some sort of penalty in the hopes of the Utrovan Government to remove this law from there books. Even if you do not believe that homosexuality is moral, it violates our charter and is a violation of the human right to have a happy life and to take part and have a sex life with whomever they choose.

Please consider our proposal, do not just knock it down because you do not believe in homosexuality.
