The Republic of New Chandler has supported the revised bill and has voted.

As far as the headquarters go, I have the capacity to have it in New Chandler City, but I'd rather have someone else have it who wants it. I like the idea of it being in Grand and Belluterra or Posillipo, depending on who wins the election for the minister of defense.

9, since you have to abstaining votes. Out of 18 members, 2 abstaining leaves 16, which means a majority is 9.

A brief scuffle broke out for a few minutes earlier in the International Assembly, just before New Friscia cast its vote, because of something to do with the United Forces Bill 2012. The following is one eyewitness's description of what happened.

"All of a sudden, one of the Sanese delegates threw a shoe at the First Minister, which was fortunately quickly caught by the Grandian representative. After that, Charles "Chip" Brown, the FM, threw a butterknife at the Sanese ambassador, and while the Sanese ambassador was busy with the knife, the Grandian delegation threw the shoe at a security guard with a baseball bat, who then broke a window with the shoe and bat.

The chief Sanese representative then pulled out a banana, and threw it at someone, while the Grandians pummeled everyone with raspberries. A corporate official then burst in and threw a toy airplane engine into the air, which after barely missing the chief Grandian representative, John Marshall, struck the Sanese representative in the head. Moments before, he had thrown the First Minister's butterknife back at him, but missed.

Just then, Kurt Smith, the representative for Shayden and the current Executive Secretary-elect, entered the room, but was stabbed by a banana, and immediately fell unconscious, being allergic to bananas. The corporate official, who remarkably, wasn't arrested yet, then threw a second model plane engine into the room, while Mr. Marshall sat down and started eating some hamburgers. Another delagate, apparently from Rheinland, then clubbed Marshall in the head with some large sausages, before having the engine bounce off him and strike the Sanese official again, just as he was proclaiming the start of a "real fist fight".

Kurt Smith's aides then sent out a "super" computer virus which didn't do anything, and then the fight suddenly stopped when Mr. Matthew, the chief representative for New Friscia, entered the main hall."

Weapons involved: A shoe, a butterknife, at least two bananas, an unknown quantity of raspberries, several fists, three sausages, two airplane engines, a "super" computer virus, and two hamburgers.

Troix has recalled its ambassador to the USNW, Genryoku Akao, to the International Assembly. The Government will replace him with the Shinchiro Sekai, the Member of the Sanese Parilament for Sekigahara Prefecture. As for the other delegates, they have been sent back to Troix and will also be replaced.

The Imperial Federal Kingdom of Grand, Belluterra, and Malo has dismissed Mr. John Marshall, the Grandian Representative to the International Assembly, and has replaced him with the current First Minister-elect, Daniel Emperor. The other Grandian delegates are also going to be either reprimanded, fired, or both, for throwing raspberries and other objects at nearly every other person in the building, including each other.

Akemoor will vote no for fear of a force that may be used to restrict it's peoples in a manner that would both cause only more problems and needless violence

(tis the peoples, the government loves the idea, the peoples don't, they have more say)

Just one more "yes" vote needed... Smile

It seems that someone also changed their yes to an abstain, otherwise this would have passed already D:

I just checked the Charter, and according to what it says in Chapter Three, Section Three, Clause B (Rules, Laws, and Bills shall require a simple majority to be accepted.), and the fact that three abstentions leave 15 remaining voters, this has passed, due to it being a bill and having 8 yes votes Smile
