The Imperial Kingdom of Posillipo doesn't feel this is needed, so we will not back it and will not take part in the program.

New Chandler will not support this bill nor take part in the program. Like Posillipo, we do not feel this is necessary at the current time, not that it won't be later.

The Imperial Federal Kingdom of Grand, Belluterra, and Malo supports this bill, and sees a few potential uses for it at present.

The Kingdom of Ruteria supports this bill, but thinks it is not necessary at this moment but possibly will be, and we support the peacekeeping missions.

The Republic of Lisieux supports this bill because although it might not be necessary now, it is better to have it in place than wishing you had it when it did become necessary.

We would also like to have the headquarters lol.

Utrova supports this, it may be necessary at a future date, so may as well start it now.

The Dantanaean Confederation does not support this bill. Cohesion between the USNW-members is tight enough that there will always be members willing to help others if needed without this program that will only cost money.
The current governement of Dantanaea would support a joint training program between willing members.

The Republic of Greater Morsco supports this bill. It is possible it will be necessary in future.

The Republic of Insulo strongly opposes this bill because it has been shown that international forces are ineffectual, difficult to organize, and and significantly more prone to corruption than national military forces. We strongly believe in the sovereignty of nations and the ability of individual governments to provide assistance if it is requested or deemed a neccesity by due political process. Therefore, we deem that there is no plausible circumstance that demands existence of an International military and peacekeeping force, and if such a force is created forces from Insulo will not participate.

The administration of Lisieux questions how an international task force like this is more easily corrupted than a national military. This requires a 70% majority vote from the entire union, while a national military only requires the will of its leader.

The Goverment of Escambia backs Lisieux's question and asks the same to the Republic of Insulo. National Military's are more subject to corruption. Like Lisieux pointed out, It would require majority vote to get any action from our "United Forces" Basically keeping it from being corrupt.

The United Empire of Isolia supports this bill. An international force will help secure a balance of power among the nations of the world. Also, peacekeeping missions are nice.

That's technically not true, this would be a vote of the representatives appointed by the leader's of the nations, not the nations themselves. In most circumstances an assembly that represents the people of the nation decide when to go to war, not the leader, although it is that way in some cases. As said by Insulo's representative, we believe in strong sovereignty and feel that the partnership between our nations is strong enough that a bureaucracy of this size that will cost much time and money is not required. When has there been a circumstance where something like this has been needed? In all the military crises we've encountered there has been nothing but partnership and aid. Posillipo stands firm in its position of opposition, we do not feel the money, time, and supplies required, not to mention the sacrifice of national forces, is worth spending on this project that is not needed, nor will it be needed. Posillipo would be willing to support alliances, but believes that the creation of an international "peace keeping" force is unnecessary and ineffective.

Voted, and I think this should be moved to the voting chamber, otherwise what's the point of having a voting chamber? Razz

This has come to a grid lock, would the proposer like this to go to re vote or let it die?

Apparently it is no longer a gridlock, but has a majority of voters in favor of letting this pass.
