USNW 1st annual Grand Prix

I really want this to be successful so I need everyone to pitch in. Here's how everything will go. There will be two categories of racing; F1 and Indycar. Each country can sign up 2 racers and at the maximum, three teams. Each country can also submit two tracks from their country. Racetracks and Street tracks are acceptable. The Grand Prix will probably go on for two weeks or more depending on the number of tracks and then the scores will be tallied and awards will be given out. I haven't decided when it'll start, but probably after the new year.

It would be part of Shayden. But I'm given up on it.

Just so everyone knows, the cutoff date for sign ups is the end of the year. That is, no more signups at 12:00 am Jan 1, 2012. I think that's ample time. Also if you are submitting a track please do so post haste!

The track follows a counter-clockwise route, starting on the avenue through the park by the baseball field, entering the roundabout, then going 7/8 around before turning onto that road. The track then veers off at the next road before entering the 4 lane NMAVE by the arena. The track then goes upto National Stadium then up the next NMAVE-4 followed by the next one, then back to the Main Straight. The track is 2.16 miles and has 14 turns.

Now that'd be a heck of a Rally course, but F1 is asphalt, sorry... If you want you could always have some sort of domestic rally race there.

PS: These are very outdated pics (heck, I didn't even have the NAM when I made them), so the stadiums look quite a bit different now (although the layout of the racetracks are almost exactly the same). I'll send better pics when I have the time.

I hope it's not to late Dan, I have a good idea for a part street part circuit race track in Port Blessed in my new country in progress.
