Over here, same as with the ITL, you can sign up for the UTL with up to 10 players per country, and up to three dependencies as well, each also with up to 10 players each Here's the sign-up form:

Why isn't anyone signing up?

There are ten days left till sign-ups close (maybe a little more), so please, sign up!

Why would we need a union-specific tennis league when we have a competing tennis league operated by the same person?

Its like Google making a second search engine to compete with the original...it doesn't make sense.

This happened in RL with Yahoo Bookmarks and Delicious. (Look it up)

The International Tennis League also includes AIN members and members that aren't part of any union

Which tournaments are in and where are they played?

They are played in Francistown, Grand. The tournaments are for men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles, and mixed doubles
