Another hint?

A man, his wife and his friend got shipwrecked. They were very hungry. His wife saw some seagulls and said "Maybe we can eat them". So she went with her husband's friend to catch them. They couldn't catch any for some reason so the friend decided to kill the lady. He killed her, took off the skin and brought her to the husband of the lady. The husband asked "WHERE IS MY WIFE?!!!" and he said that some bears came and ate her. The husband mourned for a bit and then he ate the "seagull" meat. In a few days a rescue ship found them on that island and brought them to Paris. In gratitude for the seagull who saved their lives they went to a restaurant and asked for seagull meat. When they brought the meat the guy tasted it and thought that the seagull meat here had a different taste. So he realized that the "seagull" meaat on the island was his wife. Because of that he had a heart attack and because of that he DIED!!!! :evil:

I think I've got an Idea...

for some reason so the friend decided to kill the lady. He killed her by drowning her in a nearby spring (no blood see ). He took her corpse and took a bit for his friend and let the rest of her float in the sea and brought his friend a piece of his wife. The
husband asked "WHERE IS MY WIFE?!!!" and he said that some bears came
and ate her. The husband mourned for a bit and then he ate the "seagull"
meat. In a few days a rescue ship found them on that island and brought
them to Paris. In gratitude for the "seagull" who saved their lives they
went to a restaurant and asked for seagull meat. When they brought the
meat the guy tasted it and thought that the seagull meat here had a strangely similar taste to the one he had on the Island. So he realized that the "seagull" meat on the island

Was the heart attack induced by the shock caused from the realization that he had eaten flesh from his deceased wife?

Did the friend try to rape the wife, she fought back and he lost it?

All we know is the friend left with the wife, then came back alone with meat and said she died of an animal attack. There could be an any number of reasons why she actually died and it'd take forever to guess. D:

Hint: It was of semi-natural causes that the wife died.

did she gain a concussion in the crash or internal bleeding that caused a slow death?
