Well, Bruellen has its colony in Itzamna.

I think that Okaiken could potentially take the Kukyan Expanse and even Lomni Island perhaps, as well as the other islands in the area. This would give them a good base of operations for harassing shipping, bombing further islands and mainland Euphemia (Folland, Mitron and even Shayden), without having to step foot on the mainland.

You guys know that we'd retaliate if Okaiken bombed us? Same with Folland and Shayden. Okaiken can't just sit on the islands, bombing Western Euphemia, while we just sit there.

While the bombings would be a shock at first, the nations would have to learn how to survive them. During this time, the military is not going to sit still. The air forces will be mobilised to counter the bombers. Ground crews will man AA guns on the ground. Once the armies and navies are ready, this will take time to make sure they have thoroughly planned and have enough resources for the attack, they will attack the Sanese-held islands. That way, the bombings will stop, and the Euphemian armies will have a propaganda win for any islands taken from the Sanese.
