Isn't the poll kind of unnecessary? Just have people say in posts whether or not they want to sign and add them to the list if they do.
Insulo does not wish to sign this agreement.
Kaskaskia respects the rights of it's neighbors and allies to maintain a nuclear arsenal and refuses to sign a document that would infringe on any nation's sovereign right to defend itself
