I agree that the dependencies shown would be unrealistic. It just doesn't make very much since for such a small country to have so many large and widespread dependencies. Even though the Holy Roman Empire was made up of many smaller states, they were contiguous. If the dependencies were less widespread and smaller it would make much more sense. As it is I can't imagine a country like that in the last map you presented existing in the real world.

It is, however, up to you. If you wish this application to go to vote in it's current state, you need only ask.

What? Zemlyawhateveristan used to be Utrova, I requested that it would be saved as a permanent NPC (in a resignation thread that appearantly was deleted, even though i can swear to you all that it did exist). Sorry I didn't mention this I just didn't feel that its location/sovereignty was threatened. IDK who changed the name of it but that was really uncalled for, and frankly, disrespectful.

Jack is the new world map creator, he changed the country's name. I didn't realize that long named country was essentially Utrova. I think we should start this application over. It's gone on for ten pages and it's still quite confusing. Of course I'd like to see him contribute to the forum, but the details of this are still sketchy.

Kurt and I decided to change the name a while ago because we didn't want to cause issues with role-play and Adonian History inconsistencies. The name actually has a lot of leaning, and we found its ridiculously long name hilarious.

Some countries are permanently protected due to their integral part in world history i guess. By those terms I guess Utrova should be permanent as well. I just have no control over the map.

Yea, Utrova has a massive historic influence on the Liniarstia area of Adonia (what looks like Scandinavia on the map).
