What we really wanted was for you to apply again in a few months, not weeks. Allow yourself some time to become familiar with the game and begin to build realistic cities. Until then, I will be voting no.

I see that you are trying but, get familiar with the game a bit more. Start looking around at other peoples City Journals on here and Simtropolis. Get an idea of what interests you the most. There is a lot of potential in your regions, you just need to plan your cities out more and pay attention to detail!

When i said to keep playing, learn from other players and improve your city planning, it's not shown in your images. In fact I might be seeing images you've used in the previous application. Again, it's seen that your application is not ready. Please continue to play the game. Work on detailing your cities, and using Custom Ploppable Landmarks as sparingly as you can. 8 very large identical skyscrapers next to each other isn't the way to go. Terraforming the land your city will be on is key. Also, take a look around the city you live in. Try to reconstruct it in the game. Realism is best.

I'm sorry to say, based on what is seen here, and what is not seen, I am declining your application again. You are welcome to apply only when you have put more effort into your cities and planning.
