It`s a good economical roleplay too, because it can determine whether the Okashi Stock Exchange goes up or goes down

I do not support this proposal. If it's just going to be voluntary there is no need for it. If a country is in such a awful disaster I hope that nations would already voluntarily help them. Rylet will be voting no on this proposal as we do not support the idea of other nations deciding what happens with our money.
