Passed | Moving the USNW Headquarters

Since Fox has left the union and Asgard is not a member of USNW, we'll have to move the USNW headquarters to another place.

Official USNW Statement: Asgard has left USNW and the USNW headquarters lie in ruins after an apparent suicide attack. Our ambassadors are unsafe in Asgard as more attacks are imminent. We have to move the USNW headquarters to a safe and secure place!

As for HQ nominations, I think Daniel did a good job looking after things while the HQ's were being refurbished and since he actually plays the game, as well as being a long time member who has been a constant source of holding this place together while others talk doom and gloom or while other members abandoned the USNW for other pastures, his nation would be a good choice for a permanent home.

Because Fox has left, we need a new spot for the USNW Headquarters, not because they are unstable but because Asgard isn't in the USNW so can't actually hold them.

On a side note: New Chandler has no interest in having the USNW Headquarters again
