As I have been banned from the site for a week and haven't been able to express all I wanted to during this case, I abstain from this vote.

With a unanimous vote, I thus declare the defendants guilty of all charges against them. By the power vested in me, I hereby order that the Cabinet immediately overturn the uncharteristic clauses of the United Confederacy of Massaria Merger, allowing the National Representative for the Federal Republic of Rheinland to run for the offices of the Secreteriat/Executive Cabinet, should his nation be admitted as a Full Member of the Union.
