I'm only attempting to keep my slate fair and unbiased. The law, in itself, is unconstitutional, there fore an Amendment would be needed to change Tyler and Nate's right to not run for trial. Like I said, I don't necessarily want them as high officers, but it's the right of the union to chose and I have faith they will make the correct decision. Furthermore, the law is technically void because it was intertwined with the UCOM Merger Resolution, which doesn't mean anything since they both resigned and were re accepted through the general admission processes.

I know you don't like the fact that I attempt to be fair to everyone, I'm not attempting to act on my opinion, I'm only acting what the truth of the matter is. I'm not supporting a bill that is unconstitutional, and I'm sad I didn't realize it until now. I think you have hard time, and I'm not trying to be mean, knowing that I'm not a dictator and I can't just stop everything. The union has to make its own decisions.

Thank you Mr. Consul. As you know we would like to bring the following case of the unconstitutionality of the current USNW Charter. It has come to our attention that the UCOM Merger from July 2011 violates the USNW Charter. Firstly being that all full members are allowed to run for office this restricts that, and the UCOM Merger should be void with the resignation of our nations in late November. We would also like to remind everyone this case is about the USNW Charter not our ability to run in the future. YOU, the people decide who you want in office, therefore we need to focus on the right thing here. Our law.

Thank you Mr. Consul. As stated in our opening statement we bring before the USNW court a violation of the USNW Charter. According to the USNW Charter all full members are allowed the opportunity to run for high office of USNW. This makes the UCOM Merger in violation of the USNW Charter. Restricting the nations of Rheinland and Aleutia's leaders to run for high office in USNW.

This is nothing but a clear cut case. And the UCOM merger restrictions should be reversed.
