Passed | Reinstatement of Adminship: Kurt Smith

I propose we reinstate Kurt's admin privleges as he has come back. I especially think based on the extenuating circumstances which lead to Kurt's departure.

I fully support this; as you said, Kurt wouldn't have left in the first place if Nate hadn't made him to.
