Member Activity Checkpoint

Well, I think it is pretty self-explanatory. We have a pending application, but we're still not sure of the number of active members are still here. This would be a normal checkpoint, just not at the routine time.

The procedures/guidelines would be the same as always.

If this is to pass, the checkpoint will be on August 1st.

Actually the Admins have the power to do that (Chip does that every 2 months or so)

Chip hasn't been here since July 9th. The cabinet members need to take this into their own hands. I'm thinking we need to have cartographic committee elections soon, too.

I dont have a problem with that Idea. What does the checkup consist of though?

Basically, on the day of the checkpoint (August 1), all inactive members are required to post a reason as to why they are inactive by say, the 14th, or their membership will be demoted or revoked entirely.

Dan, Kenny and Mike can do it though But I agree, we're in need of one.

It's an executive power to do these, there's no need for a vote in my opinion, Dan, Kenny and Mike can just do it now or whenever they please.

It'd be official whether we voted on it or not, actually. We could all vote "no", and us executives would still have the power to hold a checkpoint.
