Passed | USNW Mutual Fund

A proposal for a Mutual fund within the USNW-

Main Idea:
Each USNW nation would contribute a certain amount of Enieos (To be determined), in which the Eneios will then be contained within the Mutual Fund.

Purpose:
A USNW nation may take out a loan of the mutual fund in times of emergency. (economic problems, conflicts, ect.) The "loan" must be approved by the int. assembly, the international assembly will also decide the interest rate within the loan proposal ( depending on how large the loan is or what purpose it's for).

Advantages to this decision:
-It will bring USNW nations closer
-the interest generated from the loans will earn the USNW money
-It will help USNW in times of need or emergency

I fully support this proposal.

Is it voluntary? Are nations with struggling economies allowed to not pay their share of the fund?

I do think it is voluntary, because when it's not voluntary, you know what happens xDxD

@Mike: If an economy is struggling, they may not have to pay the entirety, but they may not get certain benefits.

It's not a good idea for struggling economies to borrow from the fund. Cause then they owe what they take PLUS interest, which just sets them back at square one with even less money.

Well, that's what countries and the IMF do it

The Republic unfortunately disagrees with the proposal.

Any kind of loan is just bad bad juju.

PS: If they invest the loan well, they will be able to pay the interest and gain a profit.

Unfortunately most of the countries are a fail at investment (ie. Okaiken's investment in electronics, which ballooned out of control in the 1970s-1980s and burst in 1991)

So, I guess we could put it to a vote?
