Yes, Genoa is a part of Viatica. But it is not the capital, it's just an important city. The capital is Troy. It is a little confusing with 2 Genoa's, but it could work!

Voted no, because the amount of inhabitants is way too high for such a small island. Cut it down to 2/5ths of what it is now and I'd vote yes, as it looks nice.

Qorten brings up a good point there. We're going to need to get that worked out, I'm not sure how we all missed it.

I wouldn't go higher than 7. I'm liking 5.5 personally, that still gives you a good density.

They have a point. I had to skim my own lofty population (350 mil) down to 16 mil.
