I don't know why Teiko couldn't be in that northern region of East Althena. :\ But if he's okay with having islands next to Okaiken then who am I to argue. I'm just noting that I'm completely okay with this application.

You will need around 10 votes or 2 days (as the laws stated, you guys forgot that procedure) of a majority yes vote.

Shh, I'm tired.
I'm not going to change it because I think that will reset the vote count, so we'll have to deal with it being spelled incorrectly.

But I cant wait to have diplomatic relationships with all of you. In the meantime, Im preparing a speech from my USNW Ambassador and Teiko Premier.
If I pass, I'll also put in a news report stating the Teiko National Council ratifying the international treaty. (It's all part of the legal process, remember League of Nations?)
