I think it should count like a tie in US football... 1-1-1 is a .667 winning percentage.

Put it this way: It means that there is one less person who will be voting yes or no.

3 more yes votes required, please vote if you have not, if there is one more no vote, or an abstain vote, then the proposal will be declined.

If this ^^^ is true, then this would need only only one more yes vote, since a quick calculation shows that two thirds of seven is 4.6666666666666666666666666666667, which means that five is more than two thirds, and this proposal currently has 4 votes.

That was before Calma Dohnain got into the USNW, Daniel. There are ten members able to vote now.

This amendment has been declined because it will be impossible for the vote to reach the required 7 votes to pass, the amendment will be allowed to be reintroduced in two weeks.
