The only thing I'd suggest before putting this to a vote is that instead of creating an entirely new landmass, you could take all or part of an already-existing country and make it Utgard - I'd personally recommend either the Great Southern Kingdom or Scotia. Just one thing though, Gamat and Mervey are kind of important for us (being the Adonian equivalents of Iceland and Norway, respectively), so try not to take those.

For the location, you don't have to create a new island. Feel free to take any of the islands that already have countries. Unless you need it to be an island country, I would suggest the "Dedin" dependency of Shiland for your location.

I'm coming in this a bit late it seems but not too late. I just want to say, your skills at the game are awesome. Your urban large city planning skills are beautiful and organized, and your small towns are serene and detailed. You are definitely a seasoned player and will fit in well!

I also love your Wiki page, though you'll have to make an Adonian version of it when you're accepted, that shouldn't be hard at all.

I was under the impression that member states were "colored in", rather than left white, to help them stand out as such on the map. At least, that's how it was for quite a long, long, long time.

He's doing everything first so at least the map and names are there. The colors can come later.
