Follomer was strictly Earth....well....Earth, + a very, very imaginative space exploration story arc that was so full of holes Swiss Cheese was jealous of it, and Carpathia was involved. But back then I was so obsessed with near future tech and having a very advanced "American-ish" military that I could have technically had a world empire. Razz I'm being SO much more modest with Folland these days. A number of you guys could wipe it off the map if you wanted.

But yes, in Follomer's CJ, on Earth, the 29 Hour War was canon.
