Case Proposal: Grand Aescail vs 6 Members of M.O.B/RHMF

The Parliamentary-Constitutional Monarchy of Grand Aescail are charging 6 members of the terrorist groups, Mainland Operations Branch and Real Helespetroikan Militant Forces, for crimes against humanity and against Grand Aescail on the Terrorist attacks known as the "Black and Red Friday". They will be charges with the following crimes;

-Mass Murder of 97 Grand Aescail Civilians
-Manufacture of Bombs
-use of Illegal Weapons
-Terrorising Malton, Corbridge and Garlington for 3 Hours
-Injury due to assault of +120 Civilians
-Escaping justice

Other crimes may come to light as the trial progresses.

@Escilnavia: The jury is composed of all Full Members who are not involved in the case - either as the Consul, the prosecution, or the defence (the latter of which we still need). In other words, unless you play the role of the defendants' lawyer, you will definitely be on the jury.

The Consul of the High Court wishes to see evidence of the crimes that the plaintiff is accused of, before opening the case. He is also sending out an appeal for lawyers to aid in the defense of the accused.

The 6 Defendants are the following with nationality;

Danny O'Garl (Aescailian), Marcus Nackie (Aescailian), Samual O'Hamlet (Aescailian), Makesh Tsar (Aescailian), Yakup Mohan (Helesptroikan), Pankaj Gennady (Helespetroikan).

As for evidence of the crimes we have seized the hotel room used by the group to manufacture the bombs and found traces of chemicals used in bomb manufacturing. This is backed up by CCTV footage of the attacks on multiple cameras showing unmasked gunmen on the 6 Gun attacks, the most covered on the Garlington Bus Terminal Attack.

We also have CCTV Footage of them trying to escape the country on RoyalAir Flight 277 to Helespetroika. We have not gained though the automatic guns used by the Attackers in some of the 6 gun-massacres, apart from the guns seized in the Malton arrests.
