Adonia Winter X Games I - Bidding

Post all bids in this thread. Here are the requirements....

• A plain slope with snow. It will be used for the "cross" events, the downhill events, and the slalom events.
  
• A wider slope that will have a halfpipe photoshopped in (if you can't do it on your own). It will also have the terrain park for the freestyle events.
  
• A jump for the... you guessed it, the jumping events.
  
• A picture of the city. A common area or small stadium would be helpful, as you do need to host a small opening celebration.
  
• A logo besides the one above.

That's really it! I encourage you to look at the real-life X games in Aspen (this winter, ours come first, unfortunately) and the Simlympics or Winter Olympics so you get a feel for things. May the best bid win

Bids are due November 28 December 23.

Good luck to the Southern Hemisphere .. as December will exclude Northern Hemisphere members from hosting it.

Guess they could hold it inside if they have the infrastructure ... wouldn't allow many spectators though.

If you want to bid just do what I did, claim an island near a polar region (though that island will serve for the Simlympics or Adonia games, not this).

In my opinion that's not very realistic, which is what I try to do.

But I look forward to seeing who applies.

Sorry if this is out of place but I've been thinking. Is there mountain ranges on Adonia since the south AND countries with mountain ranges can apply xD I was just thinking that =P Sorry again is this is out of place for a Member of my status.

Nope, Shushtrepistaz isn't on Adonia. This is the Adonia Winter X Games, sorry.

Kuyrut is okay though.

I agree, I'm not running this or anything but Kuyrut is fine with me as long as K50 is fine with it.

Bidding is happening now.... it will end on Christmas Eve (Dec 24) in my time zone.

If you mean the real X games, they start in January.

Ours will probably start in January too.
