In the recent days, a technical glitch has been found in the foreign ministry. The problem is fixed for a day, but it recurred on the second day. The situation has been partly fixed and we will still expect a delay or two in the coming days.

Ban on Ustrakovian relations is set for 6 months; The nation has decided to break relations with Ustrakovia due to the use of excessive force. Heavy sanctions ARE IMPLEMENTED, with the denial of trading commodities such as rice and electronics. Ustrakovians will need 2 special permits to live in Troix; Trade will be cut off to Ustrakovia in less than 2 hours. Ban on telecommunications to Ustrakovia is set in 15 minutes after this message.

After serious considerations, The Governments of Troix and People's Republic of Peilan has signed a joint ownership to the Ameka Islands. It would still be part of Troix, but it is also going to be a PRP territory too. It will be made into a Joint Special Administrative group, or JSAR.

The bomb in the USNW Headquarters at Nespirah, Ordanus exploded near to the Sanese Representatives Office, killing two associates and injuring Shichiro Sekai, Representative of Okaiken to the USNW. He continues to recover in the Hospital in Nespirah.

Sorry to hear of the deaths.. what were they doing in the office so late, it was believed that only cleaners and lower aides were in the building at the time of the explosion and health, enforcement and firemen were in the building when part of it collapsed. All other persons were evacuated from the building prior to its partial collapse.
Also .. the explosion was in the underground carpark and your nations offices were not near the explosion or collapsed part of the building.
I'd also like you to change the details you added to the Wiki about how many people were injured. never mind, already fixed.

It is my sad duty to report to you that Shinchiro Sekai, representative of Okaiken to the USNW, passed away at the age of 46, in Triton City, Asgard. He will be remembered dearly by members of the Sanese Government Body, and his remains will be sent back to Okaiken for funeral and burial. Flags will fly half staff in Okaiken for 2 days as a symbol of mourning the loss of one great friend.
The government is also replacing the late representative with Josetsu Sawara, one of the associates of Mr. Sekai, and he is not present when the bomb exploded in the USNW Headquarters.
