Due to the conflicting time lines and the nature of the death, investigators cannot release the body in to Okaiken custody until they determine the exact cause of death. As the details stand, mysteriously on the 28th the USNW representatives for Okaiken and Grand Aescail were claimed to have died in the explosion 5 days previously. Investigators are examining whether they were involved in the planting of the device or if during an unscheduled meeting they were the target of the blast. As the blast happened at 3:15am in the underground car park, investigators must consider all avenues and all leads. We sincerely apologise for the delay and any emotional distress this may cause to the family of Shinchiro Sekai and to the citizens of Okaiken.

Well, I'm not sure about that, since he was rushed to the hospital and died there, so it may be a bit impossible that he could have they have planted a bomb or having an unscheduled meeting. Autopsy test may need to be done on the remains.

However, since it is a "claim", we are unsure if this story is really true or not, but some of our sources say that there is another Sanese citizen, presumably dead, in the rubble. This citizen might have contacts with the Grand Aescail's representative, and might be present when the bomb is planted. Maybe we should launch an investigation committee and transition into recovery of the bodies.

@Carl: "Requiescat in pace" is Latin for "rest in peace"; nothing was spelled incorrectly in my post, it was just a different, but somewhat similar, language, which might have confused you Razz

Just got a quick news from the Grand Aescail Representative.

The government had just given a telephone call that says that the representative, Shinchiro Sekai, which was clearly working overnight in the office, has been called down to the office of the Grand Aescail's representative. They apparently have a secret meeting about the Hanchoin Isle Crisis when the bomb exploded somewhere closeby, the rooms closeby to the Grand Aescail's office are Okaiken's office, Greater Morsco's Office, Sukoyria's office, Cardinalsburgate's office and New Friscia's office. All rooms except for the Okaiken's office and Grand Aescail's, and Sukoyria's office are unoccupied.

We thank Okaiken for doing this and also thank them for their co-operation with investigations. We hope that this will also help with the Crisis and also maybe improve relations.

No, I don't think so, because _marsh_'s update came just a couple days ago, and I don't remember him saying about it being in the past. I looked at most of the forums, and didn't see anything about a "revolution."
