In Compliance to Chapter 2, Article 9 of the 1968 Sanese Constitution:

CHAPTER II.
RENUNCIATION OF WAR

Article 9. Aspiring sincerely to an international peace based on justice and order, the Sanese people forever renounce war as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as a mean of settling international disputes.

(2) In order to accomplish the aim of the preceding paragraph, land, sea, and air forces, as well as other war potential, will never be maintained. The right of belligerency of the state will not be recognized.

The Government of Troix and the Sanese People declare a State of Neutrality. Any Wartime Naval Vessels entering in Sanese Waters, unless permitted, will be sunk or confiscated by the Self-Defense Forces.

All Sanese Citizens are advised to leave Western Althena effective immediately.

Troix is now accepting refugee applications.
