It is basically to add some Mervey's Islands named Linestecia to Ruteria, Note: I tried to do this befoe this law but the image never showed up and then I didn't wanted to, but now I want hope you accept it[/center]

I think my valid reason is that Ruteria had many Dependencies when it was in it's enlightenment and I could use Linestecia to make my CJ's more varied and not to loose my inspirations I need to make many places so I cant loose my inspiration that's why I need to add it again, so I can have more inspiration
