After consultation with his ministers, King-Emperor-Elect Charles I has decided to set free the Spanish Grandians on the 1st of August, on condition that an international peacekeeping force with a minium strength of 15,000 comes to protect the nation from any possible mishap for the first year after the liberation. We also shall subsidise the said peacekeeping force.

Today, the King-Emperor-Elect of the Nation, Charles I, has proclaimed that from now on, all wives of the King of Grand will be referred to as the Queen of Grand, instead of Grand Princess. This law is retroactive, meaning all past Grand Princesses may also be referred to as Queens, and also optional, meaning upon ascession to the throne, they may choose to become Grand Princess, instead of Queen of Grand.
