Okaiken wishes to talk with Zhung and Ghuangji for a possible joint control of the Eastern Cilician Ocean. Using 30 submarines and 10 aircraft carriers, Okaiken, along with other communist nations, would create an overwhelming presence in the Cilician Ocean.

The Communist Okaiken Government wishes to take over the Ostrovs from Sukoyria and plans on to invade Sabu and the Greater Morsco.

Acadia condemns any alliance of these communist nations. Any acts of war on another nation without Casus belli will be treated as an act of aggression towards Acadia.

The Marqualis government prepares all forces and are put on high alert. The use of weapons especially the detonation of a hydrogen bomb has rattled parliament, the government has put all WMD's on standby and are ready to be fired at a moments notice.

Acadia would like to offer an alliance with Marqualis. (Separate from the bloc) Acadia condemns the forceful annexation of a peaceful nation.

Okaiken officially accepts Zhung's request and would start mobilizing troops to the Zhung-Morsco border.

In other news, Okaiken has expanded production of the "Bofu" bombs, seeing that the threat from the Capitalist Pigs has grown into considerable levels.

Okaiken has installed new governments in the Sabu Island, splitting the nation into 2 prefectures. The Okaiken Forces and the Sabu Forces officially merged into the United Imperial Forces of Okaiken.

Why isn't the bloc doing anything about this? I guess I can make a statement for them anyway, but Mike is better with these things.

Acadia and the Euphemian Bloc condemn the alliance with Zhung and the invasion of another peaceful nation. Acadia warns Okaiken to not invade Nilia.

I'm trying not to act like global police Jack. The plot with Okaiken hasn't moved across the sea yet and Euphemia's still not affected so I see no reason to directly involve the Bloc with this. _yet.

Folland continues to watch, surprised alliances have popped up so suddenly. Of course it worries for the well being of Nilia.
