History
The nation was first settled by Dantanaean people more than 2,000 years ago, and were largely centred in the northern and western portion of the country, where the climate was much more welcoming and easier harvest food from.
The nation was first colonised by the Kingdom of Hesse in 1640, and was named Septentria, (Septentris is north in Calibrian) and remained a colony under Kingdom of Hesse and stayed with the kingdom when it unified with the Kingdom of Platz to make Bruellen in 1817, until 1952, where the colony's citizens voted to become a republic, declaring independence from the Brullen federation.
The nation experienced huge growth after gold was found littered all over the country, sparking a surge in population from all over the world, largely from Althena. The gold rush lasted many years, making all the capital cities boom economically, and at one stage Amand was the richest city in the world for 2 years running.
Up into the 20th century, the nation grew slowly. When the Adonia World War started in 1945, Septentria began mass-producing weapons and sent aid out to Brullen, supporting them throughout the war.
The nation is now known as one of the most livable places in the world, with very high standards of living, low unemployment rates with the economy largely based around manufacturing, mining and tourism.

However, I do have a concern or two. Which I need help from you guys. I know Aquilonia used to be Will's, so if I'm not mistaken it should be saved. Regardless of if he is coming back or not. Quechina on the other hand is free game! I would LOVE to see you take over Quechina (Septentria). We can make some of the recent history on the continent fit in with your history. Other than that, I love the application and looking forward to you joining!
I think everything looks good! Not much USNW history revolves around Aquilonia.
