The extinct member of Follvirkeland created a military and economic union in the area of Central Itzamna called the Central Itzamnan Protectorate.
I would wish for it's uninstalling and deletion for the following reasons:
a) A military union in Itzamna would not make any sense, and would be unrealistic to exist. Current Itzamnan politics deem military unions impossible as the nations have always sought for self-sufficiency since their long rebellions and independence from Insulo. This military union would be extremely unrealistic and shows ignorance of the history of the area.
b) The C.I.P. is leadered under a sole nation. A sole nation being able to control such power and influence on the area is extremely high, and would never happen as the nations would seek for more autonomy on their interior policies and would never agree to be part of such an alliance (protectorate) under the leadership of a powerful nation.
c) The nation of Follvirkeland ignored the history of the area and created this protectorate for their own goals and growth, such nation is long gone and should be ignored by the current Itzamna, as it never would have happened. Because of the deletion of Follvirkeland the C.I.P. would have had to be deleted as well.
But, I will agree that an economic union would be plausible, and very likely. Following the steps of Mercosur, I also propose the creation of a new economic union;
The MERITZACO (Mercado de Itzamná Común-Mercado do Itzamna Comum) would be an economic and political agreement among Balisca, Pazala, Samasil, Hamaguay, Doraguay, Cajico, Chacao, Guraquil and Valverde.
The purpose would be to promote free trade and the fluid movement of goods, people, and currency and a full customs union.
