The newly formed Government of Folland, under Chancellor Dehya Moen, charge Mark Grumboltd (Folland), former Chancellor of Folland with the crimes as follows:

*Crimes against Humanity,
*Crimes against the State,
*Belligerency (Follandan Crime)
*Attempted Murder (1 count)
*Murder (Numerous counts)

Mark Grumboltd showed gross leadership in times of crises within the nation he was placed in charge of, to which the end result of his actions lead to the deaths of numerous Follandan citizens/civilians and the attempted murder of now Chancellor Dehya-Brianne Moen. The Government of Folland asks the USNW Court to try this case and ask for the minimum of Life Imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

The Sinope Republic agrees with the Kuyrut Government in the matter that the military Coup d'État cannot possibly be considered as legitimate. We ask for fair democratic elections and the principle of fair independent trial for Mark Grumboltd.

Mitron supports the proposed case and would also consider charging former Chancellor Grumboltd with treason against Folland as well as (I may be making this up) illegal use of a nation's military and illegal lethal force by that military against peaceful citizens.

Thank you Consul.


Officially representing the new Government of Folland, we charge the Defendant with numerous counts of First Degree Murder, one count of Attempted Murder, Crimes against Humanity and Crimes against the State, or Treason. We have evidence on all counts, though most you could have witnessed over every major media outlet available, and we are asking for the highest sentence from the court, Life Imprisonment.

Your honor, the defendant Mark Grumboltd, is like any man. He was placed into a position of power and yes, he had his faults, but he also had the best interests of Folland in mind for the long term, just like any leader should. The sudden and violent upheaval in Folland required decisive action to quell it so the innocent could remain safe from harm. We believe he was not in the wrong for what he did to quell the riots and unrest, the loss of life is just an unfortunate inevitability.


The defendant has pleaded Not Guilty to all counts.
