Okaiken sees that since
Fraesia attacked first, Acadia does seem have the right to the belligerency and invade Fraesia because their nation is in danger; although it was also suspected that
it might be also a blatant excuse by the Acadian Government to overthrow the Varcame Regime (referring to external sources and not Official Okaiken Government Source), which has good relations with USNW nations Kaskaskia and the Okaiken Imperial Kingdom. However, the Government is severely disappointed on how the situation was handled by the Acadian Federation
and the neighbouring countries in Euphemia. Acadia did not explain fully the means of the
Sovereignty Act, which caused a lot of confusion within the USNW countries. Due to this confusion, several nations misinterpreted the matter, (even Okaiken misinterpreted the matter causing a serious diplomatic crisis with Acadia).
What the Okaiken Government wants from Acadia is a full document of the
Sovereignty Act and and excerpt of events from all members involved in the matter.
Okaiken, under the Article 9 of the 1968 Constitution, believes that disputes are not to be solved by belligerency itself.
Okaiken will not further deal with external matters unless it causes problems with the country or its territories.
