Introduction
First of all I want to thank every single on of you for giving me these last two terms, for electing me and then supporting me through out my terms as First Minister, I love each and everyone one of you. This Election, however, I will be running for a different office. The office of Chancellor. I'm not going to sit here and try to claim to do things I haven't done nor am I going to win you over with fancy slogans and logos, because I know you are all smarter than to fall for that kind of stuff. I'm going to list you the things I have done and what I am going to do next term to carry on our stability, inspire prosperity, and lead through progress. You all know how much I love this union and how much work I put into it through out this year, from it's birth in February. I hope you all realize that I am an efficient, fair, and experienced leader ready to take on an even bigger task than I did last two terms.
History
Now, I would like to give you a short recap of my history here and in COFR. In October 2010 I joined the second incarnation of the Confederacy of Free Regions as a Full Member, being chosen by the current administration, headed by Nate Saathoff, Tyler Dix, and K. Smith, to proceed straight to Full Membership. I didn't much agree with the way the union was being run, but instead of complaining and quitting I decided I was going to change it, and with the help of DCMetro and Jon, I did. In January of 2011 I was elected as First Minister of COFR, along with Jon grabbing Chancellor and K50 keeping the office Secretariat. After discussions with the original founders of the first incarnation of COFR, with me taking the lead, the administration and union decided to close up shop with COFR and reopen our doors as the United Sovereign Nations of the World. We retained our positions and elected new ministers. With somewhere around four or five active members and seven or eight total, we started out slowly but with our persistent work and recruitment, as well as the work of our other members we are where we are now. In August, I was reelected as First Minister and have continued to do my job ever since.
- As First Minister I wrote and passed the original charter, and also rewrote and ratified our current charter.
- As First Minister I organized the forums and began the site, however I do give credit to our other admins who help me with site upkeep.
- I came up with the name: United Sovereign Nations of the World
- I introduced the use of Google Forms, by using google forms I could get information and post new member’s forums much quicker.
- I organized the Banking system and I also run it. The banking system is also an integral part of the Union that adds to our role-play significantly.
- I administrate, update, and care for our Map.
- I started and administrate the wiki. I added multiple info boxes and templates, along with the help of S. Naik.
- I’ve been an extremely active administrator, taking charge of forum creation and forum up keep.
- I have, and continue to advocate for more Union Events. Under my watch we have come up with multiple event ideas that will be put into action next term.
- I ran USong, one of USNW’s best role-playing events.
- I’ve advocate for activity and still do so today through events and checkpoints.
- I’ve given multiple speeches intended to bring the union together and inspire unity.
- I’ve taken charge in recruiting, I’ve sent over eight messages to members of Simtropolis and Sim City Four Devotion and many of them became members of USNW, as you know.
- I advertise for our union, with threads on both Simtropolis and Sim City 4 I’ve made posters and signatures that are currently used on those two site to gain members.
- As First Minister I advocated for Administrator Cooperation.
- As First Minister and Head of Foreign Relations, I pursued relations with AIN.
- I wrote the Code of Conduct that is currently followed by both AIN and USNW Members while using Skype.
- I wrote the Application Set-Up Guide that is used for Applications and I also make sure each applicant has on their application what is needed.
- I created the maps that will be used for the upcoming City Journaling Around Adonia.
