A short History:

Here is the short version.

Kingdom of Ordanus was once part of the sprawling Malakkan Empire until the Empire collapsed and majority of its autonomous states declared independence, similar to what happened with the USSR. The Kingdoms of Canponusa and Logounia voted via referendum to become one under the title of Kingdom of Ordanus and later on the Kingdom annexed the Kingdom of Gulogoa.

Working on a more detailed history atm with many assassinations and wars .. hehe

Yes, there is, a month is required before the Full Membership Application Process may begin. However, he has passed that mark and is thus eligible for Full Membership.
