Revision of the USNW Emblem Fromthedesk

Revision of the USNW Emblem

I Charles Brown, First Minister from Posillipo, would like to propose an update to our emblem. Due to the recent modernization trends in our unions.The update would encompass a color change, a fix in the centerance of the stars, and the removal of the circle around the center image. All make the emblem more modern and clean looking. The emblem is used for many things currently and this, I feel, would make the union look more professional and modern. Also, the USNW Logo was never defined and officiated and this bill would also do that.

The new changes look great. Not sure on the shade of blue though. I think I like the darker colour, but as for the other changes this has my approval.
