ATTENTION TO VESSELS ENTERING THE SEA OF MITOYAGI (MITOY)

The Government of Okaiken is prohibiting ALL BUT EXEMPTED ships to Transit through the major entrances in the Sea of Mitoyagi, as announced on Emergency Decree Number 3, until further notice. Nations who are willing to transit the Sea of Mitoyagi Region shall contact the Okaiken Government immediately. Persons who will not oblige under the new decree will have their vessels confiscated or destroyed on the spot by the Okaiken Maritime Self-Defense Forces.

Areas closed:
Inland Mitoyagi Strait
Ghuangji Strait (the blockade will be enforced by both Sabu and Okaiken)
Sukoyrian Strait and its respected smaller channels

Exempted Species are as follows:
Nilia and Albian Vessels
Szcheno Vessels
Okaiken Vessels
Euphemian Bloc Warships
Bendavian Cargo Ships traversing through the Sukoyrian Strait
Bendavian Vessels traversing through the Inland Mitoyagi Strait (MUST stopover at Mito)

The entire Euphemian Bloc's joined in on the fun. Three powers and two Superpowers are going to make this war end real quick.

Updated. Bloc members were downgraded by a notch ranging from 1/2 a point (Kaskaskia) to 2 points (Folland) due to recent events. Folland was severely affected due to the Euphemian Bloc situation and the election campaigns ongoing. We hope that the situation will be fixed ASAP.

Abbasid was increased 1 point due to its entry to EAS.

 

Relations have thawed between the bloc members. Relations back to normal levels.

Okaiken officially agrees with the request. The Prime Minister has announced a West Althena trip with stops in Sinope, Calibria, Brullen, Insulo and Grand.
