East Utrova - Today a shocking news rattles the nation as almost five thousand Rallistanian soldiers are killed in an attempted attack on Utrovan soil. The army was reported to have triggered four atomic mines near the Solvian/Utrovan border, fifty miles from Folograd. Another fleet of bombers aand fighter destroyed Chernobylgrad, an abandoned city, once resting around a radioactive nuclear powerstation, seventeen miles from Folograd. Though the fleet was destroyed by missles from the missle - and - mine lined border, the Utrovan government raised the security level to level one, the second highest security measure. Tsar Stanislav told Telenovina that Rallistanian dictator Usef Sanhidrin sent a declaration of war. The reason is unknown, even to the Tsar. More information to come as more information is found.
