No, I think this thread can be used for discussion of flags and/or assigning the creator.

Basically this thread is a combination of the flags and the users who requested to do their flags. What should be done is this thread becomes purely a request area and make 2 new threads

This thread should just be the central thread for everything NPC flag-related. Then we put all the flags on the wiki page or pages that apply to them.
