I'm not so sure about that... they were at war with Trentannia then weren't they? Oh, and it wasn't Grand and Belluterra until 1998 (They were separate nations before then)

Despite being at war you can still have a game. It would just had to been not in country at war. Ill change It to Grand only in 1998
