IMO, a USNW specific tourney should be handled by the USNW.

Well they do... USNWFF headed by Jon... The USNW has a cup to qualify for the world cup. It's already been decided. We technically don't allow members of AIFF to play in non-AIFF sanctioned events.

USNW Football Federation runs all USNW Level events for AIFF. Just so you know.
