Financial Committee and Overhaul

I'm here to propose an overhaul of the financial and economic structure of USNW by implementing a financial committee.

• Financial Center split into three subforums: Trade & Exchanges, Companies and Organizations, and Administration
  
  
  
  • Trade and Exchanges - Contains all Adonian  Stock Exchanges, Information on Consumer Prices, and General trade data, including exchange rates.
    
  • Companies and Organizations - Contains company profiles, the claimed list and other information regarding related.
    
  • Administration - Contains IC and OOC administration under the financial committee and the USN Finance Ministry, would handle disputes and administration of USNW economics.
    
  
  
  
• Administrators -Would be the OOC heads of the financial committee that would oversee disputes and problems within the USNW economic sphere. They would also manage the display of Exchange information.
  
• Company Profiles - Located in the Companies and Organizations section would detail the company's reach, outlooks and information outside the wiki. This would also be a basis for the company's approval to be in the AIX.
  
• Adonian International Exchange - The USNW international stock exchange that would be managed by FC Admins, they would operate like a normal stock market. This will be automated by an algorithm with minimal influence by admins unless the company announces a news update. AIX can only be composed with companies that either have a decent Company Profile or wiki article, otherwise will be rejected.
  
• Claims - Will be handled by the committee. Claims only define what a person has the copyright to manufacture the products that company owns. Not the company's power on earth nor it's reach or size. Aka, if you have claimed Google, you only have the google products. You must detail how you would use these products through a company profile for it to have the same reach.
  
• Algorithm - Will be a random algorithm that will change the value of stocks and non-fixed exchange rates by minute scales.

I have absolutely no idea how a stock market works.   

But i support anything that makes this community better.
