Baotou means "place of deers" in Roke. It is the capital and largest city of Asmiriva and the Federal District. It has been founded in 602 as a Shakyan ((Buddhist)) temple. The city is still a major Shakyan holy centre with numerous temples and Shakyamuni statues are found everywhere in the city.
